About the Role

The Marketing & Communications Officer – Internal & Clients plays a key role in developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies for the company. This includes creating and disseminating marketing materials, managing the company’s online presence, and building relationships with clients. The officer will also be responsible for communicating with employees and ensuring that they are informed about company updates, policies, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Overview:

As a Marketing & Communications Officer at Seven Even Consultancy Private Limited, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to promote the company’s products, services, and ideas to the public. You will work closely with the marketing and research teams to identify new business opportunities and support current clients. You will also manage the company’s social media presence and work with the social media team to create engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs) and proposals to secure new business for the company
• Manage relationships with current clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
• and cross-selling
• Support the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns
• Collaborate with the research team to gather and analyze data to inform marketing and communication

• Write and edit marketing materials, such as press releases, brochures, and newsletters
• Coordinate events and promotional activities to support the company’s marketing efforts
• Monitor the performance of marketing and communication campaigns and make recommendations for

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a consulting or professional
• services environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Proficiency in marketing tools and techniques, such as email marketing, social media, and content

• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management software a plus
